Tip: If you have antivirus that doesn't like TUN driver — add Clash Verge to exceptions, or use "System Proxy" mode instead of TUN.

troubleshooting

When something doesn't connect.

Connection drops every few seconds+

Usually means the chosen protocol is being throttled. In Clash Verge / FlClash: Proxies tab → pick another node. If all nodes are slow — try the WireGuard profile (Settings → choose subscription with WG, re-import). For mobile networks (4G/5G) — VLESS xHTTP works best.

Russian sites don't open with Selyx on+

Make sure you're using our config, not a custom one. We include 308 RU domains + RU+CN GeoIP block in direct-route. If you imported from a third-party — re-import the link from /dashboard.

TUN mode won't enable on Windows/Mac+

On Windows: usually antivirus blocks the TUN driver — add Clash Verge to exceptions, restart it. As a workaround use "System Proxy" mode instead.
On macOS: re-enter sudo password (Settings → Service Mode → install). If Clash Verge can't see admin rights — run from terminal: sudo /Applications/Clash\ Verge.app/Contents/MacOS/clash-verge.

"Permission denied" / "Unable to allocate TUN"+

Linux: the TUN device requires CAP_NET_ADMIN. Easiest fix: sudo setcap cap_net_admin=eip ./clash-verge or run as root.
